In recent years, this is perhaps one of the most popular productivity books. In addition, just like Steve Blank, David Allen’s work has also been a massive hit in Silicon Valley. The book details building a system for capturing effective ideas and working right things out at the right time. 

When I laid the foundation of my startup, I researched the best internet prices and subscribed to a plan for my E-reading. And this was one of the first business books I read. It actually changed the way I managed my projects. 

One of the takeaway points was how the author recommends executives and entrepreneurs reviewing priorities when it comes to overwhelming workload at least once a week. Ever since this ‘weekly review’ has been an essential part of my routine.
